The return of Star Academy is fast approaching. Karima Charni revealed a huge secret about the famous red phone.
On Saturday October 15, viewers will finally be able to watch the first bonuses of the long-awaited return of the Star Academy on TF1… They will thus be able to discover the 13 new students who will be staying in the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys as well as the 5 teachers whose name. This year, it is Michael Goldman, the son of Jean-Jacques Goldman who has been appointed director of the program and it is the internationally known singer Robbie Williams who will be the godfather and who will thus present the trophy to the big winner.
Nikos will also be back at the presentation and it is the former candidate, Karima Charni, who will co-host the second part of the evening. The latter has also made revelations about the famous red telephone which allows the inhabitants of the castle to call a loved one for a maximum of one minute each. “When we were waiting for our correspondent to pick up, we were entitled to a little music on hold. Except it was Let Me Dance, our anthem at the time. We couldn’t take it anymore!” she thus declared to the Parisian. This year, the pupils will therefore have the right to “I will go where you will go”.
Nikos defends Karima Charni
In this new season of Star Academy, Karima Charni will be responsible for interviewing the candidates eliminated after the prime, in the second part of the show, a role that has sometimes been criticized. But, in an interview for Télé 7 jours, Nikos defended the candidate for the 4th season. “Karima is a child of the Star Ac’ and also an accomplished journalist”, he thus declared.
“She’s totally legit by my side, because she’s worked hard to get here. There are no privileges with me, I only believe in work,” saidhe then added before affirming: “She is not a figurehead, nor my co-host. She’s an animator!” According to him, there is no doubt that this position “was made for her”. For the facilitator who returned to the castle a few days ago, it’s a lot of emotion. “All the memories come flooding back! I never thought I would see the castle again! (…) It’s like the first day”, she thus declared to the Parisian.
