This Friday, April 5, 2024, C8 is broadcasting a new documentary devoted to Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton. The opportunity for presenter Bertrand Deckers to reveal some secrets about the royal couple of England.
On March 22, 2024, Kate Middleton announced to the whole world that she had cancer. The one who had been discreet for months spoke out to put an end to the rumors and to explain the illness was detected following an abdominal operation that occurred in January 2024.
“At the time it was thought that my condition was not cancerous. However, tests carried out after the operation revealed the presence of cancer (…) My medical team therefore told me recommended to follow preventive chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of this treatment” said the 41-year-old mother.

Kate Middleton: hypotheses concerning her type of cancer
Wishing to maintain a semblance of privacy, Kate Middleton has not given any information on the type of cancer she has. An expert then put forward some hypotheses on the subject. “Her cancer was discovered following abdominal surgery. However, there are only two types of cancer that can be discovered in this way: colon cancer and ovarian cancer” said oncologist David Khayat in the columns of Voici.
Rather reassuringly, the doctor then revealed his chances of recovery: “CThese are two cancers that can be treated very well today, with almost 100% remission and 85% recovery” assures the doctor before adding: “If she is undergoing preventive chemotherapy, is that the cancer was detected at an early stage. It’s quite positive.”

But there is something that really struck us, this is the story of this extensively retouched photo. The documentary was already recorded at that time, but we rethought it. We said to ourselves: ‘Angels or demons…how capable are they of manipulating us to keep their image perfect?’ What if William and Kate were just a pretty picture?” says the royalty expert.
