Kaufman and Broad: inauguration of a residence in Toulouse

(Boursier.com) — Jean-Luc Moudenc (Mayor of Toulouse and President of Toulouse Métropole), Jacques Rubio (General Manager of Kaufman & Broad), Pierre-Emmanuel Dao (Director of the Midi-Pyrénées Agency of Kaufman & Broad), Pierre-Louis Taillandier (project architect), Bertrand Serp (President of Toulouse Métropole Habitat), and Philippe Wallaert (President of Promologis) inaugurated the Cour du Dôme residence in Toulouse.

This project, born from the will of the University Hospital and the Claudius Regaud Institute, highlights the strong ambition of Kaufman & Broad to be at the service of the territories to rethink the city on itself.

The residence is made up of 226 2 or 5 room apartments, including 113 social housing units at controlled prices, or 50% of the operation. All benefit from outdoor spaces, some of which have large terraces offering unobstructed views of the Raymond VI garden or the Dôme de la Grave.
