(Boursier.com) – On November 26, Herman Vandaele stepped down as independent director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Almancora Société de gestion SA – statutory director of KBC Ancora. The Board of Directors elected Fintrac BV, represented by Prof. Dr. Marc De Ceuster, as new president. Philippe Vanclooster was appointed by the General Meeting to replace Herman Vandaele as director C.
In addition to the function of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Marc De Ceuster also becomes Chairman of the Appointments Committee and of the Compensation Committee. He succeeds Herman Vandaele. Philippe Vanclooster succeeds Marc De Ceuster as a member of the Audit Committee, the Appointments Committee and the Compensation Committee.
Herman Van Daele has been a member of the Board of Directors since November 26, 2010 as an independent director. Since November 2019, he assumed the function of president. The statutory age limit forces him to give up his mandates.
