(Boursier.com) — The group Kering announced that it has finalized the sale of its entire stake (100%) in Sowind Group, which owns the Swiss watch manufacturers Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin, to its current management, according to the terms announced on January 24, 2022.
The group supported these two houses in their development, strengthened their positioning and ensured that they had adequate resources to finance their growth.
This operation is part of Kering’s strategy to give priority to houses with the potential to reach a significant size on a group scale, and to which it can provide decisive support over the long term.
