(AOF) – Elected president of the Democratic Party of Côte d’Ivoire on December 22, Tidjane Thiam submitted his resignation from his mandate as director to the chairman of the board of directors of Kering. He has been an independent director since June 16, 2020 and chairman of the audit committee. He was also a member of the remuneration committee. The Nominations and Governance Committee will study his replacement and launch a succession process in the coming weeks.
