(AOF) – Kering announces the appointment of Mélanie Flouquet (strategy director) and Armelle Poulou, financial director) to the group’s executive committee. With these two appointments, the executive committee now has 13 members, 46% of whom are women. A graduate of EM Lyon and Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom, Mélanie Flouquet worked for 20 years at JP Morgan where she was managing director in charge of the equity research team in the luxury sector. She has been director of strategy at Kering since May 2021.
A graduate of HEC, Armelle Poulou successively held various financial positions in France and internationally at Procter&Gamble, Hewlett-Packard and EDF, before joining Kering in 2019 as director of financing, treasury and insurance. She was appointed CFO of Kering in September 2023.
