La France and a few other countries, most of them European, gradually realized during the 20the century the dreams of the humanists of the XVIIIe and in particular made possible free medical care, community support for people with disabilities, assistance for low-income families, payment of pensions… Certainly, considerable imperfections still remain, but the essential a long way has been covered, particularly in the field of medical care, which is increasingly expensive.

If I am not convinced that all French people wake up every morning saying they are lucky to live in such a country, those who live elsewhere on the planet, whatever their nationality, color or religion, do. They envy us and…
