Kevin Costner gets close to country singer Jewel. The two apparently became very close in the Caribbean.
His divorce from Christine Baumgartner (49) made countless headlines this year. In mid-September, Kevin Costner (68) and his ex-wife reached an agreement in court after a war of the roses. Is the actor now ready for a new lady by his side? As the US celebrity portal “TMZ” reports, Costner is currently on Necker Island, one of the British Virgin Islands, for a tennis fundraiser, where he is said to have hooked up with country singer Jewel (49).
She sat on his lap
Photos show how the two get close. Jewel sat on the actor’s lap, who wrapped his hands tightly around her waist as she delivered a speech to the event’s attendees, microphone in hand. The tennis fundraiser was organized by the Inspiring Children Foundation, which Jewel founded. Costner was present as a guest.
According to TMZ, the two are said to have spent more than a week together in the Caribbean. “There was definitely something going on. They were flirting and when they’re together, they both have a spark.” Another insider added that the pair tried to be discreet: “But anyone who saw them could tell there was something going on.”
Jewel is also single
Jewel Kilcher is an American singer and actress. She has released more than 13 albums and sold over 30 million records. In 1999 she appeared alongside Skeet Ulrich (53) and Tobey Maguire (48) in “Who Rides with the Devil”. In 2021 she won the US version of “The Masked Singer”.
Jewel is also said to be single at the moment. From 2008 to 2014 she was married to rodeo star Ty Murray (54), with whom she has a son. Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner married in 2004 and had children Cayden (16), Hayes (14) and Grace (13).
