Thanks to the reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and various offshoots, Khloé Kardashian (36) is in no way inferior to her friend Nicole Richie (39) when it comes to celebrity. In the past, the daughter of Lionel Richie (71, "All Night Long") was successful – which is why Kardashian earned something as personal assistant to the then "The Simple Life" star.
"She just needed a little help and I just needed a job," said two-year-old True's 36-year-old mother on the Emergency Contact with Simon Huck & Melissa Gray Washington podcast. However, she did not work long as a personal assistant for the now 39-year-old.
Friends since school
Kardashian and Richie have a long-standing friendship, as the reality TV star also revealed. "I went to school with her. She was one of my best friends when I grew up and we were just very, very close," said the reality TV star.
Nicole Richie became famous in the 2000s, especially on the side of hotel heiress Paris Hilton (39) in the reality TV show "The Simple Life". The two "It-Girls" made headlines back then, especially as a scandalous party team.
Khloé Kardashian has been part of her family's reality format since 2007, which will end in early 2021 after 14 years. Her older sister Kim Kardashian West (39) was known at the beginning of her career as an appendage of the Paris Hilton of the same age.
