The end of year celebrations are fast approaching and for this occasion Disney strikes a big blow by unveiling its new Christmas campaign: The magic of being together.

Wednesday, November 3, the madness of Halloween is now over so let’s give way to the magic of the end of the year holidays. For this occasion Disney is kicking off its new Christmas campaign “The Magic of Being Together” in support of the Make-A-Wish® association.

Discover “Step-Father” now, the brand new short film available on Disney channels and on social networks in 45 countries in Europe, North America, South America and Asia.

In it we discover the story of Nicole a young mother of two children Max and Ella and the new stepfather Mike who moves into their family home. Across the pictures is a very special book, which shows readers how the power of stories can strengthen family bonds and showcase the magic that shared reading creates. Through magic, Disney and Pixar stories come to life and amaze family members.

“A gift of hope”

This year again, Disney wanted to support the Make-A-Wish association, a partner since 1980. It is a charitable organization that grants the wishes of children with serious illnesses. The aim is to help children whose life is made difficult by the severity of the disease and the treatment they are receiving. Made as a family, the wish brings hope, courage and joy in difficult times. In total, thanks to its collaboration with Disney, more than 145,000 wishes have been granted worldwide.

“We are proud of our long-standing partnership with Disney and are delighted to be a part of this year’s campaign. The public can also get involved by offering a gift of hope and joy to children with serious illnesses on behalf of their loved ones during the holiday season. They can brighten up someone’s day and send a donation that helps Make-A-Wish come true. “, said Luciano Manzo, President and CEO of Make-A-Wish® International.

In total, Disney will provide more than $ 2 million in support of Make-A-Wish International and its affiliate network around the world. Fans will also be able to purchase a Minnie on skates plush toy and also an advertising-inspired newspaper, exclusively at shopDisney.fr.
