King Charles shares moving statement
Shortly after the palace shared a tearful video of King Charles, 75, the monarch spoke out personally on another matter. “The determination and strength of the Ukrainian people continues to be impressive in the third year of unprovoked attacks on their land, lives and livelihoods,” said his latest statement posted on the Royal Family’s official Instagram account.
“Despite the tremendous hardship and pain inflicted on them, Ukrainians continue to demonstrate the heroism with which the world so closely associates them. This is true heroism in the face of unspeakable aggression. I have seen this in the many encounters I have had since the beginning of the war with Ukrainians, from President Zelenskyy and Mrs Zelenska to new recruits being trained here in the UK. I continue to be very encouraged that the UK and our allies are joining the international effort to support the Ukraine continues to be at the forefront in this time of great suffering and hardship. My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected,” it continued.

Princess Mabel presents her wedding dress at an exhibition
April 20, 2024 is a bittersweet date for Princess Mabel, 55: On that day she and Prince Friso, †44, would celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary, but eleven years ago the Dutch prince died after a serious skiing accident.
Now Princess Mabel draws on her memories of her great love – and lets the world share in her former happiness. An exhibition is currently being dedicated to the designer duo “Viktor & Rolf” in the Munich Kunsthalle, in which Mabel’s wedding dress can also be seen. The royal even traveled to Munich especially for the opening of the exhibition and appeared radiant with Ludwig, Prince of Bavaria, 41, on the red carpet.
Duchess Katharine of Kent releases rare statement
Duchess Katharine of Kent celebrated her 91st birthday on Thursday, February 22, 2024 and made a rare statement to mark this special occasion. “I am delighted to see Future Talent and the National Children’s Choir of Great Britain join forces in this important endeavor. This partnership embodies the spirit of inclusion and accessibility, with a shared commitment to nurturing the musical talent of the future,” said the Duchess of Kent in a statement about the launch of a new scholarship program between her charity Future Talent and the National Children’s Choir of Great Britain.
Katharine is married to Edward, Duke of Kent, 88. She no longer attends public appointments on behalf of the Crown; more than 20 years ago she renounced her title “Her Royal Highness” and withdrew from public life. It’s all the better that the Duchess is speaking out publicly on the occasion of her special day.

King Frederik receives an important guest in his private home
This date was not announced in the royal calendar: King Frederik, 55, received the President of the International Cycling Federation UCI in Frederik VIII’s palace in Amalienborg on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
“Today at Frederik VIII’s Palace in Amalienborg, His Majesty the King received David Lappartient, President of the International Cycling Federation UCI. David Lappartient is in Copenhagen to receive Denmark’s official bid for the 2029 World Road Cycling Championships,” reads the official Instagram Account of the Danish royal family for a photo of the two men. It continues: “The official handover of the application took place in Christiansborg after the meeting with the King, attended by, among others, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Culture, the Minister for Economy and Industry and the mayors of the municipalities of Copenhagen, Aarhus, Helsingør and Roskilde participated.”

Experts are certain: Princess Leonore’s tenth birthday was marked by “sadness and longing”.
Princess Leonore was born on February 20, 2014 in New York and has been living in Florida with her parents Princess Madeleine, 41, and Chris O’Neill, 49, since 2018. Now she has celebrated her tenth birthday, but there was also reason for sadness at her cradle party, royal expert Marianne Singer now tells “Billed Bladet”. “It will probably be the last birthday that Leonore will celebrate as long as she still lives in the United States,” says the expert, adding: “It is probably also special because Princess Leonore has good friends and the neighborhood in where she has lived for so many years.”

King Felipe enjoys an exuberant short trip – without Letizia
King Felipe, 56, took a break last weekend – without his wife Queen Letizia, 51. As the Spanish newspaper “Vanitatis” reports, the monarch traveled to Baqueira in the Pyrenees with a few friends to relax there to have fun while skiing.
On Friday evening, February 16, the monarch and his entourage visited the restaurant El Fogòn Del Valle. A snapshot of the regent has now appeared on the restaurant’s Facebook page. New recording of Queen Elizabeth released
