For his 30th birthday, Kirby sees things big. Like other Nintendo licenses, Nintendo’s adorable little pink ball is now exploring in 3D. so here’s Kirby and the Forgotten World, an adventure exploring the ruins of an ancient civilization slated for spring on Nintendo Switch.

Kirby intends to fully celebrate his birthday and modernize his formula. In a post-apocalyptic universe full of color and sweetness, the powers will obviously be there. The game promises free exploration in an open 3D world to find traces of an ancient civilization. But also the possibility of inviting a second player who will play Bandana Waddle Dee to share the adventure.
A formula which seems for the moment quite close to a Super Mario Odyssey, but by replacing the moons to be recovered by Waddle Dee. There too, many boss fights are also planned, with among others a giant gorilla or a tropical variant of Whispy Woods.
