(CercleFinance.com) – KKR has appointed Alexander Thams as Head of Nordics within KKR’s European real estate team, effective immediately.
Based in KKR’s office in Stockholm, Thams will lead all of KKR’s real estate investment activities in the Nordics, while strengthening the team in the region.
Alexander Thams joined KKR after working at Pictet Alternative Advisors, where he was responsible for real estate in the Nordics.
“The Nordics are a priority growth market for our team, and Alex brings highly relevant expertise and an extensive network,” said Guillaume Cassou, Partner and Head of European Real Estate at KKR.
“We see a lot of opportunities in the Nordic countries, where the economies are stable and showing resilience in a changing macroeconomic environment,” adds Alexander Thams.
