Klépierre: CFNC target per share raised for 2022 – 07/27/2022 at 07:25


(CercleFinance.com) – On the occasion of the publication of its half-year reports, Klépierre indicates that it is raising its net current cash flow (NCCF) target to at least 2.45 euros per share for 2022, an increase of 5.4 % from the midpoint of the original target.

For the first half of 2022, the commercial real estate property company posted a CFNC of 1.32 euros per share, up 83.7% over one year, as well as an EPRA NTA per share of 30.60 euros, with a globally stable portfolio value.

Klépierre also claims a 66.7% increase in net rental income on a like-for-like basis compared to 2021, as well as solid rental activity with a positive reversion of 2.7% and an occupancy rate up year on year at 94.7%.
