(CercleFinance.com) – Klépierre announces at the end of last week that it has concluded the sale of two commercial assets for a value of 345 million euros (total share, excluding transfer taxes), at an average EPRA net initial yield of 5 , 1%.
These are Boulevard Berlin, a shopping center with around 100 stores located in Berlin (for which Klépierre will continue to manage operations) and a retail park with 22 stores located in Bordeaux.
By adding these transactions, the total amount of sales by the group of commercial real estate since January 1 amounts to 847 million euros (total share, excluding transfer taxes) at an average EPRA net initial yield of 5, 4%.
