(Boursier.com) — The ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of Klépierre will be held on Friday May 3 at 9 a.m. at the Pavillon Cambon Capucines in Paris.
The notice of meeting, including the agenda of the General Meeting, the text of the draft resolutions as well as the terms of participation and voting at this meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoire on March 29. The convening notice, recalling the agenda and containing useful information on the arrangements for holding this meeting and participating in it, will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoire and in a newspaper of legal announcements in the deadlines provided for by the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
Dividend
In particular, the Klépierre Supervisory Board will propose to shareholders to approve a cash distribution of 1.8 euros per share for the 2023 financial year. It is carried out in two installments… A cash deposit of 0.90 euro per share from Klépierre’s ‘SIIC’ activities was paid at the end of March. The balance of 0.90 euros per share, composed of 0.7983 euros per share of SIIC dividend and 0.1017 euros per share of reimbursement of issue premiums qualified as ‘reimbursement of contribution’, should be paid on 11 July.
