Knitting for children: beautiful knitting instructions

Knitting is fun and especially knitting for children offers us great potential: On the one hand we can decide which yarn we use and thus, what material gets on our children’s skin. On the other hand, we can dress the little ones in beautiful, self-knitted clothes that we completely knit in all the colors of the rainbow as you like. In addition, the children also wear something very individual, which we have put a lot of love into and which is guaranteed to have nobody else – because knitted things are always unique!

Notes on the knitting instructions

gauge
Before starting the knitting work, the gauge is knitted according to the information in the pattern. Leave the finished knitted sample under a damp cloth for a while and then compare it with the information in the instructions. If the result deviates, the needle size must be changed: If the test piece is smaller than indicated in the knitting sample, choose the needle accordingly thicker until the correct size is reached; if the piece is too big, choose thinner needles!

Size information
If several sizes are specified (e.g.: S/M/L), the information at the appropriate point applies to the corresponding size (7/8/9 cm = 7 cm for size S, 8 cm for size M and 9 cm for Size L). If there is only one specification, it applies to all sizes.
