“Koh-Lanta” back tonight: a famous footballer in the cast of the new season

Good news for all fans of Koh Lanta ! The adventure game returns this Tuesday, February 21, 2023 for a 24th edition with a major novelty. From now on, a talisman will allow its holder to be immunized and in particular to go to the opposing camp. In the cast this season: ten men and ten women.

Julie Debever is one of the candidates

With in particular a face that should speak to all fans of women’s football. It is that of Julie Debever. She is a professional player who plays in the first division. She notably went through AS Saint-Etienne and En avant Guingamp In 2019, she was one of the 23 French women selected for the Football World Cup.

But then, why did she decide to apply for Koh Lanta ? “It’s been a little over ten years since I signed up for Koh Lanta”she confides on Europe 1. “And I never lost hope. My first dream was to be selected for the France team and I had the chance to participate in the 2019 World Cup in France. And my second was that of participating in Koh Lanta. It was written in my history. I persevered a lot to achieve each of my goals and with the sweat of my brow, as I like to say so well.

Julie Debever is therefore very motivated. And for the record, she had already sent a message in 2019 to Denis Brogniart. It was on TF1, during World Cup Magazine. She was already pleading her case. “I hope you will accept my candidacy,” she had launched to the presenter.
