(CercleFinance.com) – Korian announces that the European Investment Bank (EIB) is supporting its development with bank financing of 150 million euros to adapt and deploy its co-letting concept in Germany.
The group already operates 242 co-rental houses in France through the Ages&Vie brand, which the EIB co-financed for 135 million euros in 2020 and 2021, and now wishes to extend this concept to the German market.
Korian wants to deploy this offer first in Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia, with a first opening expected in 2024. In Germany, each site will consist of two houses that can each accommodate 12 people.
