(CercleFinance.com) – Helikon Investments Limited, acting on behalf of a fund, declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on December 29, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Korian, at the result of a decrease in the number of shares held by assimilation.
The declarant specified that, as a result of this crossing, he held 5,113,764 Korian shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.80% of the capital and voting rights of the dependency care group.
