(CercleFinance.com) – Korian has decided to react after the publication of two articles published today in Le Parisien evoking facts of ‘abuse’ and ‘food rationing’, allegations which, according to the company, are of a ‘ defamatory’.
The group thus indicates that it reserves the right to seek compensation before the competent courts.
Korian specifies that it has not received any collective complaints from families, but that if this happens, each of the grievances will be treated “with the greatest consideration”.
Returning to certain specific cases raised by the daily newspaper, Korian affirms that the care provided to the residents in question was adapted to the evolution of their state of health.
