(CercleFinance.com) – Kraft Heinz announced on Monday that it has appointed the head of its North American activities, Carlos Abrams-Rivera, as the next managing director, replacing Miguel Patricio, called to concentrate on the chairmanship of the board of ‘administration.
The American agri-food giant specifies that Carlos Abrams-Rivera will officially take office on January 1, 2024, the date on which he will also become a director.
Miguel Patricio, who had been managing director since 2019, will focus from this date on his role as chairman of the board of directors, which he has held since 2022.
Carlos Abrams-Rivera joined Kraft Heinz in 2020 from Campbell, after a stint at Mondelez.
