In detail, these investments, the duration of which is determined in advance, offer La Banque Postale customers a solution allowing them to optimize the management of their cash flow in line with their decarbonization trajectory, the company said. establishment.

The first are proposed in partnership with SAREMM, a local public development establishment attached to the city and the Euro metropolis of Metz which manages the development of residential districts, economic activity parks as well as the construction of buildings and of public facilities structuring the Metz metropolis. Since February 2024, SAREMM has subscribed to 3 social DATs for an amount of 3.5 million euros, placed over a period of 3 months, explains La Banque Postale.

Concerning the green DAT, La Banque Postale has joined forces with Seqens, a subsidiary of the Action Logement group. As part of its investments, Seqens has chosen to subscribe to 2 renewable green DATs, the first in February 2024 for an amount of 2 million euros, for a period of 3 months and the second for 15 million euros, signed in April 2024 for a period of 5 months, develops the establishment.
