La Maison: Lambert Wilson, Carole Bouquet and Amira Casar in the new French series from Apple TV+


Apple TV+ announces the filming of “La Maison”, its new French series posing “an original look at a dynasty at the head of a legendary haute couture house”… Lambert Wilson and Carole Bouquet are, among others, expected in the casting.

Apple TV+ has just announced its new French series project entitled La Maison, after Liaison with Eva Green and Vincent Cassel. Created by showrunners José Caltagirone and Valentine Milville and based on an original idea by executive producer Alex Berger, this fiction is directed by Fabrice Gobert (Les Revenants) and Daniel Grou alias Podz (Lupin).

A legendary contemporary fashion house

In the casting, platform subscribers will find renowned actors such as Lambert Wilson, Amira Casar, Carole Bouquet, Zita Hanrot, Pierre Deladonchamps, Antoine Reinartz, Anne Consigny, Florence Loiret Caille and Ji-Min Park.

Ruled by a dynasty in the midst of scandal and forced to reinvent itself after the release of a video implicating star designer Vincent LeDu (Lambert Wilson), his family’s haute couture house is hanging by a thread.

A five-star cast for Apple TV+

Perle Foster (Amira Casar), Vincent’s former muse and still today in his shadow, joins forces with Paloma Castel (Zita Hanrot), from a new generation of visionary designers, in order to save and reinvent the LEDU House. She claims her rightful place, both within the LeDu family and the fashion world.

Divided into ten episodes, this series which will fit into the dramatic register will offer “an immersive behind-the-scenes look at an ever-changing world, an ideal of French elegance and luxury but also the tumultuous lives of the families who rule this world“… A whole program!
