(Boursier.com) — On the occasion of the 9th edition of the Awards for the feminization of the governing bodies of SBF 120 companies, the group Lagardere obtained 4th place in this ranking with an overall score of 88.71/100. Unveiled yesterday at the National Assembly by Mrs. Isabelle Rome, Minister responsible for Equality between Women and Men, Diversity and Equal Opportunities, this distinction rewards the Group’s commitment to equality career between women and men.
With 65% of women in all of its workforce, the Lagardère group pays particular attention to the balanced representation of women and men within its governing bodies, as evidenced by the percentage of women reached in 2021:
– 62.5% for the Board of Directors, whose three committees are chaired by women;
– 42.85% for the Executive Committee;
– 44% for the “Executive Top”.
The weighted index of professional equality between women and men for all Group companies is 90.62/100 for 2021 data.
