The device not only interfered with the interior of his home, but seriously disrupted all telephony and mobile Internet in the area around his home, depriving not only his children but also his neighbours, the inhabitants of his commune and the neighboring town of a good mobile connection. Pleading good faith, this father still risks some worries: legal proceedings for the illicit possession and use of a jammer. Both offenses are subject to a criminal penalty of up to six months’ imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros.
