Lanson-BCC: Crédit Mutuel Equity reclassifies its stake at 33.05 euros per share

(Boursier.com) — Lanson-BCC and the founding shareholders of the Group proceeded, on July 4, to buy out Crédit Mutuel Equity’s entire stake in Lanson-BCC, i.e. 335,500 shares at a unit price of 33.05 euros, representing 4.72% of the capital of the society.

This buyback operation results from the exercise of the Promise of July 18, 2013, extended by amendment of May 15, 2019. It is broken down into:
– 302,571 shares bought back by Lanson-BCC at a unit price of 33.05 euros, i.e. an amount of 10 ME. This repurchase is carried out within the framework of the share repurchase program and relating to 10% of the capital. These shares are intended to be canceled within a maximum period of 24 months.
– 32,929 shares taken over by the Paillard, Boizel and Baijot family blocks at a unit price of 33.05 euros for a total amount of 1.1 ME.

Remember that the Lanson-BCC share is currently at the last quoted price of 27.6 euros, or almost 20% below the placement price of the Crédit Mutuel Equity block.
