Within Largo, Nadia Lefèvre is responsible for inventory management, all reconditioning activities (planning, organization and monitoring of production, leadership and management of teams), quality service and logistics activity (reception, shipment of orders). Positioned in a strategic position, she is responsible for defining and applying the plan to optimize the industrial tool deployed to improve the Company’s profitability.
Before joining Largo, Nadia Lefèvre spent more than 15 years in the industrial sector where she held positions of responsibility in industrial and logistics management. She was most recently supply chain manager and member of the steering committee of the Wirquin Plastiques factory. Rich in her professional background, Nadia Lefèvre will bring her expertise in industrialization and supply chain to the achievement of Largo’s ambitions.
