Largo Winch 3: this actor played for Marvel and will face Tomer Sisley

The filming of Largo Winch 3 has finally started, and things are changing! Tomer Sisley still stars in the film, but an American actor joins him for this new opus. A new director will be in charge, succeeding Jérôme Salle.

Largo Winch, episode 3, let’s go! After multiple postponements due to the pandemic, the first shots were finally able to begin for the rest of the adventures carried by Tomer Sisley.

Filming for The Price of Money – a Largo Winch Adventure, that’s its title, began on February 6 in Bulgaria. In addition to Bulgaria, the film crew also plans to set up its cameras in Thailand and Belgium. Filming is scheduled until the end of June 2023.

Tomer Sisley still plays the main role, that of this businessman and adventurer, half James Bond, half Indiana Jones. He will be surrounded by newcomers for this third installment: James Franco, Clotilde Hesme and Élise Tilloloy.

In the production, change too: Jérôme Salle, director of the first two parts, gives way to Belgian director Olivier Masset-Depasse (Duelles).

The pitch for this sequel goes like this: Devastated by the recent kidnapping of his 15-year-old son, Largo Winch watches helplessly as his business partner commits suicide during a live press conference. As everything turns against him, as his business empire begins to crumble, he discovers that the two events may be linked: if he finds the criminals responsible, he may see his son again. From Canada to Burma via Bangkok… Largo does not yet know that his quest will lead him straight to hell…

Carried by Tomer Sisley, the action saga brought together just over 3 million viewers in France, with its first two installments released in 2008 and 2011. Largo Winch is a big-screen adaptation of comics by Philippe Francq and Jean Van Hamme from the novels of the latter.
