(CercleFinance.com) – Latecoere announces that it has signed an agreement by which Bombardier undertakes to acquire the EWIS asset of Latecoere in Querétaro (Mexico).
Bombardier will remain a full customer of the Latecoere Group in North America and Latecoere will continue to pursue the development of its own wiring business from Hermosillo (Mexico).
The closing of the transaction is expected to take place during the second quarter of 2023.
Latecoere also indicates that it is discussing with its stakeholders, in particular its lenders, in order to adapt its capital structure with regard to loans and PGEs (loans guaranteed by the State).
