Laura Smet has shared her life with businessman Raphaël Lancrey-Javal for ten years. On July 13, the daughter of Johnny Hallyday and Nathalie Baye shared with joy the anniversary date of her couple, on her Instagram account. In 2020, the couple also gave birth to a son, Leo. But the singer’s love life has not always been easy. In a magazine interview SHEpublished on July 20, Laura Smet confides that some wanted to take advantage of her naivety. “When I was younger, I was fooled, imagining having friends who were just there for me, and even a lover once”, she explains. If she recognizes “that there are more serious things in life”the 39-year-old singer confides that “when we realize it, suddenly, it hurts !”.
Since then, Laura Smet explains that she has matured. “I have developed a radar that is reliable enough to detect the intentions of others”, she explains. Before specifying the person she quickly distrusts: “Those who are too nice from the start or who are on the contrary very unpleasant for reasons that don’t concern you, it’s easy to see!” A lesson she intends to pass on to her son: “Let it not be as influential as I could bebecause it is expensive.” For her, the fact that Raphaël Lancrey-Javal does not work in the music industry helps a lot: “It gives him a super-solid foundation.”
