Laura Smet, ousted from Johnny's last days? Jean-Claude Camus formally denies: Current Woman Le MAG

Three years after the death of the prisoner, the spirits continue to heat up. While the two clans thought they had found common ground on the legacy of Johnny Hallyday, a new statement from one of the singer's relatives has caused trouble. And for good reason, none of his family members agreed on the sequence of events on the day of his death! For Laura Smet and David Hallyday, the mother of Jade and Joy would have prevented them from saying goodbye to their father on his deathbed. For the latter, it was the will of Johnny Hallyday not to let them enter the house of Marnes-la-Coquette. A version which she again affirmed in the columns of Paris Match. For Laura Smet, these statements are simply unacceptable.

Invited to the microphone of RTL Friday July 17, 2020, Laura Smet spoke about the interview with her mother-in-law, published a few days earlier: "Today, I want to reestablish certain truths, which are important to me, when I read certain things and my blood only turns around. I cannot accept certain lies", started the future mother. And what truths … Indeed, Laura Smet does not digest the version advanced by her mother-in-law concerning the last days of Johnny: "There will never be peace possible, from the moment she crossed that line to prevent us from saying goodbye to my father."

On the defense side, Jean-Claude Camus, former producer of Johnny Hallyday, advances a completely different version of the facts. Asked Thursday July 16, 2020 about BFMTV, this one completely denied the remarks of Laura Smet: "When I arrived, the nurse was in a state of frenzy, because Johnny had asked not to see his children that day! And so the nurse was forced to refuse entry to the room", he explained, saying it was not a request from Laeticia Hallyday. There is still a long way to go …
