(CercleFinance.com) – LDLC announces this evening that its shareholders have approved the proposal to pay a dividend of €2.00 per share for the 2021-2022 financial year, i.e. an overall yield of 8.7% compared to the closing price of the share the day before the General Meeting.
As a reminder, Groupe LDLC had already paid an ordinary interim dividend of €0.80 per share. Consequently, a balance of 1.2 euro per share will be paid on October 7th.
The AGM also approved the implementation of a 10% increased dividend for registered shareholders after two years of continuous ownership, starting from the 2023-24 financial year.
“In recent years, our Group has made significant investments to greatly improve its profitability and support its growth,” commented Olivier de la Clergerie, CEO of the LDLC Group.
“It is important for us to share this value created with all of our stakeholders, including our shareholders,” he added.
