The expert in the sale of computer and high-tech equipment LDLC unveils its new sound identity.

For the group, it is a question of reinforcing its communication device, with a sound signature which wants to be (eventually) immediately recognizable.

Netflix’s “toudum” LDLC style

If you are at least passionate about computers and high-tech, you probably know LDLC and its good ideas. Founded in 1996 near Lyon, the group specializes in the sale of computer and multimedia equipment.

If the visual identity of LDLC is no longer to be demonstrated, for a few weeks, it is a new identity
sound that can be heard in the TV campaign, in LDLC stores and by customers
who contact the LDLC call center.

A brand-specific sound identity

For LDLC, this new sound identity/signature (developed with Sixième Son) will strengthen its
communication. It will be used in all brand communications such as online videos,
events as well as all digital and social channels.

LDLC’s sound identity translates the momentum, modernity, accompaniment and
the expertise of the brand thanks to a joyful and dynamic sound
“, specifies LDLC. According to the designers, the voices perceived make it possible to recall the human aspect of the group, while the tempo refers ” to the brand’s agility and productivity “.

Like other distribution giants, through this sound signature, LDLC intends to strengthen its notoriety, but also the memorization and attachment to the brand. The objective is to offer an immediately recognizable sound logo, like what Netflix offers (and its famous ” toudum “), but also YouTube for a few months, or more recently still a certain Wikipedia.
