“Le Sentier des loups”, the sequel to the TV movie “Le Saut du diable” still worn by Philippe Bas, finally has a broadcast date on TF1. With the cast Benjamin Baroche (“Here it all begins”) and Sara Mortensen (“Astrid and Raphaëlle”) in particular.
Almost a year and a half after the broadcast of the action TV movie Le Saut du diable, Paul Vilar is preparing to make his comeback on TF1.
The channel has just announced that the sequel to this muscular thriller, now entitled Le Sentier des loups, will be broadcast on Monday November 7 at 9:10 p.m., opposite the historic mini-series Diane de Poitiers, worn by Isabelle Adjani, on France 2.
Filmed last June, this second opus in the Le Saut du diable saga, directed by Julien Seri, will obviously see Philippe Bas return to the role of Paul Vilar, a former Special Forces officer and specialist in survival and extreme sports who was shown ready to do anything to save his daughter in the first episode. Like a distant cousin of Liam Neeson in Taken.
When Le Sentier des loups begins, Paul embarks on an immersion in the forest with four teenagers. This is an opportunity for him to pass on the values of the Army to young people and to share a moment with Sara (Maïra Schmitt), his daughter, who is also on the trip.
On the day of departure for this great adventure, Paul finds Sergeant Gabrielle Martinot (Sara Mortensen) who has just returned from a mission in Yemen and is proud to bring back statuettes of inestimable value to their country of origin.
But during the bivouac, while Paul leaves to look for wood for the fire, the young people are taken hostage by mercenaries. The soldiers can’t do anything, Paul is the only one who can free the hostages by stealing the statuettes before they leave the base.
Then begins for him a terrible and sensational race against the clock in the middle of a wild nature. Trapped in a Machiavellian plot orchestrated by a ghost from the past, Paul Vilar will have to call on all his strength to save his daughter, the group and his honor.

Alongside Philippe Bas, Maïra Schmitt (Léo Matteï), and Sara Mortensen (Astrid and Raphaëlle) who joins the adventure in the skin of a new character, TF1 viewers will find a familiar face since Benjamin Baroche (Teyssier in Here it all begins) will lend his features to Mathias Caron, a former brother in arms of Paul.
A nice cast completed by Robin Migne (Skam France), Edouard Montoute, Jérôme Anger, Zoé Héran (Stalk), Jean-Stan du Pac (La Maison d’en face), Lorette Nyssen (L’école de la vie), Denis Braccini, and Olivia Courbis.
