League of Legends: Riot removes Techno-Chemical Dragon for internal rework

Just arrived, the techno-chemical dragon is already dead and buried, Riot has just reacted in a rather brutal way since the studio has completely withdrawn from dragon and everything that goes with it. It must be said that the creature was a bit strong. Originally it was Riot’s desire for its League of Legends game, but it obviously exceeded their expectations.

As a reminder, this dragon gave a significant and cumulative damage bonus, and even a resurrection of a few seconds when the complete soul was absorbed. At the same time, the appearance of the dragon warped the terrain and released toxic mists into the jungle, rendering all characters completely invisible.

In short, it was too much and the players kept pointing the finger at it. Riot therefore reacted accordingly by putting him into a forced retirement. However, it’s not all over for the chemical-tech dragon. which will be reassessed and certainly reworked internally, this is in any case what Riot suggests in a press release on the situation:

While the Tech-Chemical Dragon and its features will be disabled, we will be testing design changes to address issues with current versions, while keeping the spirit of what we wanted to accomplish. Our first field of action will be the field. We may need time, in the sense that the techno-chemical dragon may not return soon.

Our goal, as always, is to bring you the best Summoner’s Rift we can, and it’s clear that this time we missed it. Thank you all for sending us your feedback, and for your patience while we gave the tech-chemical dragon a chance to make its mark.

There is no doubt that Riot will give us news later as it does every time during its regular posts.
