Leak of an image of the next Black Ops: can we believe it?

A series of images posted online purport to give fans the beginnings of the Call of Duty 2023 game which would be a sequel to Black Ops.

It’s only been a few weeks since Call of Duty: Vanguard officially hit your screens but that doesn’t stop some from already thinking about the future of the franchise for years to come, whether in 2022 or even 2023.

Details about the game are still unknown and this is not surprising as we are not used to having information 2 years before a CoD game is released. But we can still think that the game is already in development by Treyarch, the developers of the Black Ops series which has lasted for many years.

The Galil was a popular weapon for Black Ops 1 players.

On Reddit, images of the potential Alpha version of Call of Duty 2023 have been filmed online. Whoever posted these images claims they don’t know the basic source but mentioned that they were from a private Discord.

He added that the footage really looks like Black Ops Cold War, which would make sense considering the game is in its early stages of development.

By the way, we can see that one of the images is on the Moscow map from Black Ops Cold War. We can’t really verify the veracity of its leaks as we have no information about this game but if you want any confirmations you will probably have to wait a few more long months.
