The total price of the transaction is expected to be between 200 and 240 million dollars, based on expected growth at double figures, both recurring revenue and EBITDA, over the period 2024-2029.

Bpifrance, Launchmetrics’ key shareholder, will sell part of its stake during this operation and will remain in the company’s capital until 2027.
