Lectra: strengthens its Executive Committee

(Boursier.com) — Following an eventful year – with the acquisition of the American company Gerber Technology, its main historical competitor, and two companies that have come to enrich its technological offer, Neteven and Gemini, and after the strong growth recorded in 2021- Lectra expands its Executive Committee to meet its new ambitions.

As of January 1, 2022, Lectra’s Executive Committee is made up of 16 people:
– Daniel Harari, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee since its creation in 2005.
– Jérôme Viala, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee since 2019, after having been a member since its creation.
– Maximilien Abadie, Director of Strategy and member of the Executive Committee since 2019.
– Fabio Canali, Director Southern Europe and North Africa and member of the Executive Committee since 2019.
– Thierry Caye, Technology Director.
– Olivier du Chesnay, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee since 2019.
– Céline Choussy, Product Marketing Director and member of the Executive Committee since 2016.
– Javier Garcia, Asia-Pacific Director and member of the Executive Committee since 2019.
– Karen Gibbs, Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
– Laurence Jacquot, Customer Success Director and member of the Executive Committee since 2019.
– Eric Lespinasse, Industrial Director.
– Leonard Marano, Americas Director.
– Holger Max-Lang, Director Northern and Eastern Europe, Middle East and member of the Executive Committee since 2019.
– Maria Modrono, Marketing and Communications Director.
– Rani Rao, Director of Human Resources.
– Edward Wang, Deputy Director Asia-Pacific.

The main objectives of the Executive Committee in 2022 are to finalize the integration of the Gerber Technology and Lectra teams, to integrate the technologies of the various acquired companies, and to develop synergies between the various Group entities.

Announcing the composition of the new Executive Committee, Daniel Harari said: “With this new Executive Committee and a team now 2,500 strong, I am convinced that we will be able to seize all the potential that is in front of us”.
