The LEGO remain above all toys to build, but the brand has evolved and now offers more complex pieces, with the aim of decorating a shelf. And the Danish firm unveils this week three new dioramas in the universe Star Wars that will appeal to older people.
Taken from Episode IV: A New Hope and Episode V: The Empire Strikes Backthese dioramas depict the pursuit in the trenches of theDeath Star Between luke skywalker and dark Vadorthe scene in the trash compactor where are stuck Luke, Han, R2, C-3PO, chewbacca and Leia after releasing the latter, and finally the training of Luke on Dagobah in the company of yoda and R2-D2. Each time, the diorama is accompanied by a small plaque with a quote (in English) from the films and scenes in question. And here are the details of the parts, sizes and prices of each set:
- 75329 LEGO Star Wars Diorama Death Star Trench Pursuit price: €59.99, 665 pieces, plus 10 cm high, 22 cm long and 15 cm deep;
- 75330 LEGO Star Wars Diorama of Jedi Training on Dagobah price: €79.99, 1,000 pieces, over 6” (16cm) high, 11” (29cm) long and 6” (17cm) deep;
- 75339 LEGO Star Wars Diorama Death Star Trash Compactor : LBR exclusive, €89.99, 802 pieces, over 10 cm high, 21 cm long and 15 cm deep.
