Maintenance for update 28.01 Fortnite is now complete and players around the world can discover LEGO Fortnitea brand new gaming experience resulting from a long-term partnership between Epic Games And The LEGO Group. Each player has the opportunity to create their own worlds8 locations being available, with a choice of a way Survival and one Sandboxwhich are both customizable (presence of enemies, hunger, temperature, endurance, death of the avatar, retention of inventory upon death, friendly creatures and villagers), the parameters cannot be modified afterwards. It is also possible to join another player’s world if they have given you their key.
In addition to the use ofUnreal Engine 5, the system of World Sheet Music allows live loading of 95 km² of procedurally generated game space thanks to PCG Frameworkthe equivalent of 19 times the size of the island of Battle Royale.

Food and swords will be your best allies!
Build structures to expand your community. As your village grows, it will attract villagers who can go on adventures alongside you or who will work for the community! Whether it’s running a farm, cooking, or smelting metals, the villagers will be there to help you.
- Embody your favorite Fortnite characters, like Neon Terror, Cuddle Expert and Raven, but in a LEGO version.
- To recover food and resources, craft items and face enemies, alone or with others.
- Build shelter to defend yourself and customize your base before recruiting villagers who will help you accumulate resources and survive the night.
- Equip yourself to explore caves for rare resources, hidden areas and enemies.
LET’S MOVE ON TO BUILD !
When you first start in survival mode, you need to build a campfire and a shelter to be able to survive the first night. Once safe, a workbench can still come in handy! Use the workbench to craft tools that will help you amass resources faster.
The more resources you have, the easier it is to create the buildings you unlock (this includes LEGO structures and individual LEGO bricks).
The workbench is just one of the multiple workstations available in the game. These workstations are LEGO constructions that allow you to produce various things like tools, crafting materials and even food! Another useful workstation is the sawmill.which allows you to produce boards to make furniture.
When you have collected enough resources, you can establish a village by building a totem. You can then develop this space using predefined constructions or straight out of your imagination! If you have the necessary materials, you can build what is shown on a plan.
Do you dream of a campsite with a rustic feel? Use wood to build a log house. Would you like something grander? Use wood and granite to build a sumptuous mansion.
Do you prefer to let your imagination speak? Use resources to craft building components like foundations, floors, walls, roofs and more. Then build your own structure! In any case, whether you use a plan or not, you can decorate your interiors with furniture such as beds, tables and sofas.
BE RESILIENT !
Don’t let it get you down. You will have to face many things in your world, whether it is hunger, bad weather or enemies.
To face enemies, craft tools to defend yourself with a workbench. To resist extreme temperatures, eat certain foods or make amulets. To avoid starving, awaken the gatherer-hunter in you. Or grow your own food!
Tip: Food calms your hunger, but it can also make you feel better. During a fight, remember to eat to regain your strength! Keep an eye on your temperature, hunger bar and hearts (displayed on screen).
PLAY WITH FRIENDS
Invite other players into your world. You can form groups of up to eight players in LEGO Fortnite. This means that seven other people can join your world while you are there!
Everyone wants to be the leader of their world. You can manage your world alone or share the weight of this responsibility with friends! You can entrust the key to your world to seven other players. This will allow them to access and modify the world at any time, whether you are connected or not.
You must choose a player currently in your world to be able to grant them a key. This selection is made from the Players tab in the Map menu. All party members who do not have a key will be kicked out when you leave the party or world.
