Lyon: a festival of eating well and drinking well
It’s a brand new festival, dedicated to (good) products and producers, which takes place over three days at Lyon Confluence. For the first edition of the Le temps est bon festival, the organizer Romain Bombail has managed to bring together a lot of chefs, producers, and key players in the world of gastronomy and wine. And it offers a whole weekend of workshops, tastings, demonstrations… All the speakers share the same ethic: promoting the values of responsible cooking and winemaking.
The gauge being reduced, it is important to reserve in advance each appointment coming to punctuate these three days.
The weather is good, from Friday to Sunday, at Port Rambaud, 37, quai Rambaud, Lyon 2nd. Free admission. Workshops and meals €25 to €50 by reservation. Info and tickets here.
