Lyon: a festival of eating well and drinking well

It’s a brand new festival, dedicated to (good) products and producers, which takes place over three days at Lyon Confluence. For the first edition of the Le temps est bon festival, the organizer Romain Bombail has managed to bring together a lot of chefs, producers, and key players in the world of gastronomy and wine. And it offers a whole weekend of workshops, tastings, demonstrations… All the speakers share the same ethic: promoting the values ​​of responsible cooking and winemaking.
