In addition to its new laptops, Lenovo unveils a mouse for gamers. The Lenovo Legion M600s mouse can notably be recharged wirelessly, by induction.

Innovation in the mouse market does not only go through increasingly precise sensors and Lenovo wants to prove it at MWC 2022. The brand thus unveils the Lenovo Legion M600s Qi Wireless Gaming Mouse, a particularly short product name like you can see it. This ambidextrous mouse offers a grip fingertips (at your fingertips) or claw grip (‘spider’ grip) with a slightly textured plastic design.

For a wireless mouse, the announced weight of 75 grams is rather reasonable. Motion capture is left to a 19,000 DPI Pixart 3370 sensor. Buttons on optical switches are advertised for 80 million clicks.

But the particularity of the Legion M600s Qi is, as its name suggests, its compatibility with the Qi induction charging standard that we know well on the smartphone market. The principle is the same: allow the mouse to be recharged by induction simply by placing it on a compatible base. No question that it is necessarily the mouse pad, think rather of the external batteries which sometimes integrate the possibility of wirelessly charging a smartphone.

If you don’t have a wireless charger or need the mouse right away, don’t worry, it’s also possible to plug it into USB-C. The connection with the PC can be wired via USB 2.0, or wireless via Bluetooth 5.0 and a 2.4 GHz USB connector supplied with the mouse. In short, the mouse seems to tick all the boxes.

The Lenovo Legion M600s Qi Wireless Gaming Mouse will be marketed at 99.99 euros from July 2022.
