A really easy lentil salad recipe that will be a hit at dinner

  • 1 teaspoon of whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

The steps of the recipe:

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small pieces. Cook’s tip: first cut it into strips then into small cubes.
  3. Arrange them on a baking tray. Drizzle them with a generous drizzle of olive oil and season them with a little salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Mix.
