Leonardo DiCaprio is currently observing the UN climate conference in Glasgow. In an art gallery he met Prince Charles and Stella McCartney.

When it comes to the climate, Leonardo DiCaprio (46, “One Upon a Time … in Hollywood”) is never far away. So it’s no wonder that the Hollywood star got on the plane for the UN climate conference currently taking place in Glasgow, Scotland. On the sidelines of the top political meeting, he met Prince Charles (72) and fashion designer Stella McCartney (50) in an art gallery on Wednesday (November 3rd).

The daughter of Beatles legend Paul McCartney (79, “Hey Jude”) is focusing on sustainability in the fashion industry with an art installation in Glasgow, such as among others the US magazine “People” reports. It evidently aroused great interest among prominent environmentalists DiCaprio and Prince Charles, who viewed their exhibition in the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. The recordings of day three of the World Climate Conference show McCartney in animated conversation with the Oscar winner and the eldest son of Queen Elizabeth II (95) and Prince Philip (1921-2021).

Leonardo DiCaprio supports Prince Harry’s campaign

It wasn’t the first time Leonardo DiCaprio and Prince Charles met. Already in 1997 the two met at the London premiere of the big screen hit “Titanic” by director James Cameron (67, “Avatar”). Just recently, DiCaprio also teamed up with Prince Harry (37), the son of the 72-year-old royal, for nature conservation. Side by side, both fight for an immediate stop to oil and gas drilling in the African Okavango Delta. The call from the Duke of Sussex was followed by the 46-year-old actor and his Hollywood colleagues Forest Whitaker (60) and Djimon Hounsou (57).
