(CercleFinance.com) – Ten days after unveiling its strategy, Les Agences de Papa announced on Tuesday the launch of a new platform for real estate professionals.
Under the terms of the offer, independent real estate agencies, traders and agents will now be able to advertise their entire portfolio on the site www.lesagencesdepapa.fr, within the framework of inter-agency collaborations.
The independent digital real estate network specifies that several partnerships have already been signed and that the first announcements are already online, identifiable by the mention ‘Papa Partners’.
This ‘B2B’ offer provides in particular for distribution free of charge on the company’s website and social networks, in return for fixed fees of 2,200 euros, paid in the event of the success of the transaction and independently of the amount of the professional’s fees.
In its press release, Les Agences de Papa indicates that it is benefiting from strong growth in the number of qualified buyer contacts, with more than 25,000 requests in the last quarter of 2021 alone.
The company explained at the end of January that it was aiming to accelerate its growth in 2022 as part of a roadmap described as “ambitious”.
