(CercleFinance.com) – Les Agences de Papa announces that its first half of 2022 was marked by both strong growth in turnover and the generation of new income from related activities.
Thus, the subsidiary Les Agences de Papa France, achieved a turnover of 391 KE in the first half of 2022, against 50 KE in the first half of 2021. ‘This increase reflects the rise in commercial activity of real estate transactions’ , analyzes the company.
In addition, the Agences de Papa recorded income from related activities, resulting from the launch of Versity (ie the first metaverse dedicated to real estate) for an amount of 4,469 KE.
“These revenues will be converted into sales at the end of the last round of the ICO scheduled for the second half of 2022”, announces the company.
Following the successful launch of Versity, Les Agences de Papa indicates that it is revising its 2022 annual forecasts upwards.
The finalization of the ICO as well as the commissioning of the NFT platform in the second half of the year should make it possible to reach a new objective of 10 Million Euros (compared to 1.5 ME announced last April).
Currently listed on Euronext Access+, the company confirms its intention to eventually request a transfer of the listing of its shares to Euronext Growth.
