Les Agences de Papa: opening of the platform to real estate professionals

(Boursier.com) — Dad’s Agencies opens its platform to real estate professionals (independent real estate agencies, traders, agents, etc.) who wish to become “Papa Partners”. From now on, these professionals have the possibility of distributing their entire portfolio on the ‘lesagencesdepapa.fr’ platform within the framework of inter-agency collaborations.

With “Papa Partners”, Les Agences de Papa is launching an attractive “B to B” offer, aimed at all real estate professionals. This is a major evolution of the offer which is part of the growth dynamic of the start-up. This promotion allows partners to obtain more visibility on the goods they sell. A “win-win” which, thanks to the growing notoriety of Papa’s Agencies (which will reach nearly 20% in 2021), will allow “Papa Partners” to distribute their ads on a larger scale, and future buyers, to have more choices to find a property.

Several partnerships have already been signed and the first announcements are already online, identifiable by the mention “Papa Partners”.

Les Agences de Papa benefited from strong growth in the number of qualified buyer contacts, with more than 25,000 requests in the last quarter of 2021.

This model is complementary and enriches the initial offer.
