(CercleFinance.com) – Les Agences de Papa, an independent digital real estate network, announced Thursday that it is aiming to accelerate its growth in 2022 as part of a roadmap described as “ambitious”.
The company, which is listed on the Euronext Access+ segment, plans in particular to enrich its offer through a range of related services likely to generate additional income.
The 100% digital real estate agency – which is differentiated by fixed agency fees of 2,000 euros, regardless of the price of the transaction – explains in particular that it is interested in the fields of financing, insurance and management of household contracts (energy, moving, real estate diagnosis, etc.).
In this respect, the company says that it has precisely initiated the search for acquisition opportunities in these related activities, with the objective of accelerating its change of dimension.
After a ‘decisive’ 2021, marked in particular by the success of
its IPO, the next few months should see the arrival of new French and international investors, assures the real estate company.
With a stock market price multiplied by six since its introduction, Les Agences de Papa is now aiming for an upcoming transfer to the Euronext Growth Paris market.
